While I'm glad that bondage itself is not specifically included on the list, "spanking" and "caning" are on the chopping block - both integral parts of the S&M experience, and I worry that the rest of BDSM may fall under the category of "physical/verbal abuse" - since our politicians are all a bunch of sexless dustbags, it wouldn't surprise me if they thought that way.
